What you share
stays at the table.

Privacy

What we collect. When you request an invitation we keep what you type into the form: your name, email, phone if you give it, business name, role, who referred you, your revenue range, and what you wrote about why now. Members also share prep sheets, Bearing answers and payment details.

How we use it. To have a private conversation with you, to run your membership and to bill your dues. Nothing else.

Who sees it. The founders. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not put you on a marketing list. What is said at the table is confidential to the table under the Founders Covenant.

Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Text messages. We do not send marketing texts. A founder may text you personally to set a time to talk.

Your choices. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: [email protected].

Terms of membership

By invitation. Membership begins after a conversation with the founders and an invitation to join. Either side may decide it is not a fit before dues begin.

Dues. Founding dues are $400 a month, billed to your card on the same day each month.

Founding rate. The $400 founding rate holds for your first 12 months. After that, dues move to the regular member rate in effect at that time, and we will tell you at least 30 days before the change.

Commitment. Founding members commit to their first 12 months at the table. After 12 months, membership continues month to month, and you may end it at any time with 30 days’ notice to the founders. If something changes in your first 12 months, talk with us.

Refunds. Ending your membership stops future charges. Dues already billed are not refunded.

Conduct. Members keep the Founders Covenant: confidentiality, humility, presence and truth, and respect for every man at the table. The founders may end a membership that breaks it.

Not professional advice. The Alliance is a table of peers. Nothing said in a gathering is legal, tax or financial advice.
